Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.Domestic Shipping (Australia):

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to physical addresses within Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping outside of Australia. We’re working hard to expand and hope to serve more countries soon!
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues.
We’ll notify you of any significant delays, and we appreciate your understanding if these occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, it may lead to delayed or undelivered packages.

Order Issues or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or nearby neighbours who may have received it on your behalf.

Customs & Import Duties
For domestic orders within Australia, there are no customs or import duties.
Please be aware that for any international shipments in the future, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
